Mr. Spider

I never found any spider as big as this one before around my house.

But this is it.

A huge 3 inch - feet to feet long - spider, built his nest in front of my house's back door. With beautiful black yellow white stripes, and huge body of course... biggest one I've seen, really. I thought that he's a tarantula or something.

But he's not moving.

I mean, i guess he's still alive, he just didn't make any move for like 3 days since I found him there. He's just there. in the middle of his large nest.
I guess he's just loved being center of attention.

Who wouldn't anyway??



Btw, I'm not sure if this spider's a male or female. It's just easier for me to call him "Sir", because he looks scary... and cool at the same time.

i took another shot. And finally find him do something (namely, wrap a trapped fly's head). Too bad i haven't any adequate lens to capture it.


he made a fly mummy for food supply.
